The HyperX uses USB, the G230s used 3.5mm The sound mixer has crashed 3 times since I got this headset. I just 'plugged in and played' with this headset. Is there a way to balance it properly so the 'loud' would usually be >60 and the quiet usually <40? Basically equalize/balance the loudness. This only gives me 15 levels I can mess with. Note I am *very* sensitive to loud noises. Hopefully some of you will know solutions for some of them. And to be honest I've had a lot of trouble with them.
